The position

A dynamic and versatile entertainment figure, who is the Chief Executive Officer of his Manhattan-based production company, seeks a highly efficient and competent Personal Assistant. The role is a hybrid between ensuring the day-to-day needs for this public figure, his personal life, and serving as a professional liaison at his production company, while overall being a true right hand person at all times to this busy entertainment-based individual. The CEO's daily life is packed with set schedules, press, events, meetings, travel, and so forth. The Personal Assistant will engage and interact with the various agency executives and other external stakeholders.

What you will do
  • Day-to-day coordination of logistics related to business, personal, and family affairs
  • Maintain CEO’s calendar, which includes a high volume of scheduling and preparation of meetings both internally and externally
  • Work with the CEO daily to ensure that his priorities are set and that various projects are moving along
  • Caring for the CEO’s pets (one dog and one cat), including daily feeding, walking, and engagement
  • Act as a liaison between CEO and company team, having visibility and a voice in all things the CEO is working on
  • Organize and facilitate travel (booking travel when needed, preparing detailed itineraries prior to travel, etc.)
  • Being available some evenings (Nothing extreme: This is a job where your boundaries are important, however flexibility is expected)
Who you are
  • A bachelor’s degree; this role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career
  • Able to anticipate needs of the CEO/company and respond accordingly
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task; flexible and adaptable to change
  • An established interest in social media and basic literacy in all platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Able to manage time wisely with a high volume of work
  • Self-starter that requires little to no direction and can operate autonomously
  • Calm in stressful situations
  • Extremely confidential, trustworthy, and views the principal’s privacy and security as the utmost priority
  • You are always one step ahead, you know the next question that is going to be asked and have the answer ready
  • You love wearing multiple hats, the more you have insight into the better
  • Must have drivers license (passport preferred)
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication
  • Kind to yourself and others, with a passion for social change
  • An upbeat, positive, and motivated personality with a passion for their work
